Ayon sa mga transexual women activists, yung katulad ni Vicky ay misdiagnosed homosexuals. Sa deeper level or more advanced societies, Vicky can more easily identify as transgender, not the Filipinized concept of the English word homosexual. So in another generation, even the word Bakla may evolve into three separate identities - gay and transgender and the real fluid bakla, or the queer who can easily switch between homosexuality and transexuality.
