John, that laser looks great! What is the projection angle on it though? Can you cover a large ceiling pretty well with it, to really try for a kind of night sky effect, or would you need multiples?

Hey John, you are right about the revo 4, it really isnt for a roof. You will find that most ceilings are too close to the floor, and because it produces a square of light, you will find it looks distorted and squashed at one end (like a trapezoid).
The revo 3, having those smaller circles of light, could get away with this sort of situation and looks good.
The revo 4 looks fantasic projected straight out onto a surface that is parralel to the projecting lens, but very poor on an angle.
Hey man. Yep i can get tonnes of Lightign Gear cheap direct from China i also have alot of contacts with large wholesale companys that distribute for exmple Stanton, JBL, Dennon just to name a few Audio brands and i also have acces to lighting wholesalers here in Oz

Do you still do your laser shows and if you do could you please post a video on them. Also are shinp a good brand for lasers.

@xcuberr not so much now. i did some videos last year , there are heaps on yt just search shinp. they are a budget laser, u get what u pay for.

Yeah - this "star cluster" lasers are my favorites. And this particular one is nice, because of "stars" effect, instead of dots only.
And I'm not using DMX, so you inspired me to pay less, because I don't need DMX. Thanks John! :)

It's good, no need really for DMX Control, runs fine on the ceiling standalone.
