XD. Every time I try to put on my eyeliner on top of my lid, it ends up getting too high up. D: How do you get it so perfect?

i was doing the exact same thing!

until..i followed my eyelash line and always went a little below (almost on my eyelashes) and that worked it made a perfect line and looked good with eye shadow.
