You support Michael Vick? He hanged dogs, he tortured dogs, he drowned dogs, he had dogs doused with water and electrocuted, he had family pets thrown into a ring with pit bull because as the official USDA report says, he "thought it was funny to watch the pit bulls...injure or kill the other dogs." And you want to overlook that kind of cruelty like it's no big deal. There is not only something seriously wrong with Michael Vick but with those who support him as well.

You are beautiful!!.I love your videos...stay encouraged..you are one of many youtubers I watch who give such encouraging words!....Your face is looking so thin!!...and I think you can lose the 7lbs by the 31st, but I know you want to be consistent with the 2lb a wk weight loss...i think you're gaining more muscle which we know is heavier than fat...i agree that the inches is what matters though..

I think in a previous video you stated that you are a teacher. How are you going to keep the weight off or what are you going to do when school starts back up? I also work in the school system and will be going to school at night. What do you do to eat right during the work day? Thanks.

I actually do VERY WELL during the school year. And I've been slacking off this past month because I've had TOO MUCH time on my hands. During the school year, I take little snacks with me in little baggies, like almonds or cheeses, a protein bar and I ALWAYS, ALWAYS ALWAYS, cook my food and take the left overs with me to work. And I make sure I don't come home until I've workout. I'm WAAAAAAY more disciplined and focused during the year, because I know if I'm not, I could fall COMPLETELY off.
