I found that one of the hho dudes on youtube merely cuts up one of the stainless steel wall plates for electrodes. I've done this at least twice and they work great!
I just built my first smack cell last week and am completing my container and bubbler for it currently!
I went to my local irow works and then cut up some 16 gauge SS sheeting for free...
check out your local iron works or machine shops...they always have some scrap laying around

I love your attention to detail. A very nice build.
If you are running Sodium Hydroxide as your catalyst, it will eat up your aluminum radiator.
If you really want it to be inert, it will need to be stainless steel core rather than aluminum.
