the highist variatable binary goes up to is 255 so the item only goes up to 255
now this is got M' for misingno u need to do this but fly to god its been a while fly to the city with safare zone and surf to names.... the place where u catch articuno D= damn names escape me surf up and down that island and missingnos are they do the same thing but they are lvl 80 and the last pokemon you saw will apeer ther so use repels on your way ther
u could catch it and level it up with rare candy and it evolves into kangaskon so it wont screw ur game.......... and there should have been a double day care thing so u could breed mew and mewtwo to make baby mewthrees
Other pokemon other then Missingno can appear such as snorlax and these pokemon can be over lvl100 and it is possible to continue lvling them to as high as u would like to, but this can only be on via rare candys, once they participate in battle they will revert back to lvl100. Finally this glitch seems to stuff up the hall of fame so keep that in mind before attempting it. (sorry for the 2 posts it was too long to fit into one)
Thought i might add abit of extra info for those who don't know. It is possible to chain Missingno so you wont need to go and speak to the old man in town and watch the weedle chatching scene over and over, all that needs to be done is stay on the boarder of the ocean and the island where Meta G was surfing it will appear again. Secondly if u catch Missingno it can evlove into Kangaskhan which is annoying to catch in the safri zone.

I remember I found an invisible rare candy on cycle road and using this trick I hade 7 row's of rare candy lol great times !

when i found out this glitch by my friend and did it, i found a lv 135 or sumthing snorelax, i used my master ball before and i got really mad!

They can only go as high as level 255, if you get it that high and use the candy again it goes to level 0.
