ever since they played going up yonder at my sister funeral i have absolutely HATED to hear ANYBODY sing it but i must admit even tho i culdnt bear to listen to the whole thing the little part that i did listen to was amazing
This is nice. Jonathan Dubose is awesome. He played for Richard Smallwood in Detroit. He was as one says, "off the chain." Good job Erica. Mr. Dubose has a natural God given talent. "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord." God Bless Everyone!
I need to do my homework and find out if this is the guy that's played guitar for The Hawkins recordings all along. I know that Joel Smith has been playing drums since Love Alive I but this guitarist is amazing. I felt his heart was playing everything he wanted to say in word to Bishop Hawkins.
Always one of my favorite Hawkins compositions. (how bout I have said that about every song so far...LOL). What can I say? He was my FAVORITE writer. And I love me some writers, folks. Rudolph Stanfield, Thomas Whitfield, James Cleveland, TWINKIE CLARK; my secret-agents DAWN BYERS, TOLAN MORGAN, OSCAR HAYES (I love my city...LOL) but WALTER HAWKINS is my favorite.
