  • yea man, it happens. It's like working out, you eventually get sore. But it becomes muscle memory that way :)

  • @MLTaix Tightness yes from practicing the same thing over and over, but not pain. If it actually hurts your exasperating' too much

  • Where is this place? Seems like a good place to practice dancing. It's roomy, it's got mirrors, and it's got florescent lights.

  • yeah, your style is awesome. just one question; do you need really good arm muscles to get the popping look good? not just doing the wave, but all upper-body popping ?

  • You don't NEED it, but the more muscle you have, I believe the more control you will have. And by muscle I don't mean being a bodybuilder, but just by simply lowering your body fat percentage will really increase the ammount of control you have over your muscles. Every little bit helps :) I personally think that thicker people can wave better then skinny tiny people :) Personal opinion :)

  • ahaaaa, i see i see. And i read that while eating cookies.. ohwell :) haha maybe you're right, ima look around after some vids with thicker ppl, havent seen any. But there's this move im sposeto learn where the whole body, with arms out, is spose to do this one big pop, and i just cant get the hang of it =/ got any tips ? :)

  • It really is just practicing tensing your muscles as hard as you get really slowly, like hold your muscles tense for 8 counts, and the bring it down to 4 counts, and then 2, and then one. I really only hit my arms and my chest.
