  • THAT'S SHIT!!

  • Tibet has never been part of china.Period.

  • @chaspedzyc

    Damn right

  • NAZI COMMUNIST CHINESE leaders will be brought to trial for the murders of thousands of innocent Tibetans in Tibet. FREE TIBET!!!

  • If you don't give a damn, then why did you post? Because you DO give a damn, your feelings have been hurt! Boo-hoo hoo!!!

  • It's about that they just realised no-one cares about bunch of idiots walking on the street. Especially CCP doesn't and is right on that one. I hate commies, but I prefer Tibet to be chinese.

  • No, but see they USED to care, but now they pretend that they don't. They pretend to be happy, but infact they are frustrated. Frustrated people are never happy, just smug. Why do you prefer? Is that your governments/party's/ideologies preference? Or is it to do with stock prices?

Don't tell me "thats just what you beleive/prefer" because if that were true, you wouldn't bother commenting. And it still doesn't answer the question of WHY you prefer.

  • Frustrated? I doubt. Tibet is chinese and no protibetan fashion will change it. Why I do prefer it so? Not due to government/party/ideology, I've already written what I think about commies (moreover chinese commies were competition to soviet commies), but due to nation. Tibet should be Chinese just as Northern Ireland should be british, Ukraine should be again polish and russian (though there still exists fake state Ukraine), Kosovo serbian etc. and I don't care for Tibetans eh...

  • You don't know where to draw the line so you just say "No sepratism for anyone. Period." I suggest you educate yourself on these struggles SPECIFICALLY, and then make up your mind.

Tibet is not a fashion, it is a movement, that has increasingly gained worldwide support, due to largely non-violent means. Nationalism/Anti-Communism is however DEFINATELY a fashion, it is a extreme reaction of a younger generation, to the soviets. The young feel scammed, and overcompensate.

  • About being frustrated you only show to be the one who is frustrated. :) Let me say that I know better why I wrote what I wrote. Nationalism, anti-communism - these are fashions, of course. And it's not my duty to care about Tibetans. But that's not the point of this conversation, the point is that your answer to custno08 is pretty improper. He stated a fact - guys "didn't give a damn" and you say about him giving a damn and his feelings hurt - looks just like emotional reaction from you.

  • No, it is your duty, as a human being to care for human beings. I agree that most chinese "don't give a damn" they rather turn a blind eye, and keep shopping. The CCP DOES however give a damn, so they sponsor protests, when the spotlight is on them (olympics). That was my point. Sponsoring. And yes, I do have emotions, I thought it was funny how he goes out of his way to tell people that nobody cares!

  • Yeah that's a point, anyway they don't give a damn about demonstrations, they just know that some other people do so they sponsor protests to show them. Anyway on that one rather you are right. But on anticommunism - usually the young people and very old people are communists and "middle-age" is anticommunist, at least in ex eastern block. In Canada it looks different I suppose. Here anticommunism is something more.

  • jackrowet1234,

haha. Chinese people knows it is it is a movement by external effect. but the government is backed by you 1.3billion chinese. Chinese people not worry. Keep playing your drama.

  • Funny, I was just at one of these, and the Pro-China people were nowhere to be seen!! Not one! Unlike last year, where there were easily as many, all wearing IDENTICAL red shirts, hats and flags. Maybe the CCP is no longer sponsoring protests? Economy too screwed to put money towards them?

  • They don't give a damn to these losers wasting their stupid time, understand!
