@peroperopero69 yep and now anyone who wants to try and make a success of themselves in business, well good luck with this resession bullshit, thats what i mean these bankers and twats have held us right back, i wanted to get started in property in the UK, find an old house, buy it do it up sell it and make £20k profit on it, then move onto another house, to raise the money i was going to get a loan off the bank, but ther being tight at the moment as you can imagine, all thx to the resession
@Brady2k10 Never ever start a business on borrowed money! Why don't you earn the money you need if you have a good plan and have 100% faith it will work? Then Sir you do not have to pay it back to any one or pay ridiculous amounts of interest. Instead of paying greedy bankers you now have your own money to re-invest. Make your £20k move on to the next, hey you have no interest to repay on your profits either, win win situation lol
@Brady2k10 Recessions are actually a very good thing. It teaches people to be less wasteful and become more resourceful. They happen when Countries start to become to wasteful and spend as if there is no tomorrow. If every body lived by there means then there would never be a recession.
@MrNativeDancer Except when fat cat bankers gamble with money they don't have. People need a place to live and to own property you need a mortgage. Are you seriously suggesting that people should save up for a house? Where do they live in the mean-time? If they rent, the average person will never save enough.
@TPQ1980 Only if they want to Sir! They could live with friends or family dude while they save. Other then that I don't know maybe a camper van or some thing. If they can afford rent then they can afford a mortgage as its often cheaper weekly and in long term. Depending on the property and location of course. Cant stand corrupt bankers or any form of corruption dude so your right on that part agree!!
@MrNativeDancer "If every body lived by there means then there would never be a recession." - and nobody would take chances or take out loans for that matter. It's in our nature to over reach, and furthermore it's one of our greatest traits.
