Beagles are really high energy dogs and need a *lot* of exercise and attention. Lack of which usually results in the annoying constant barking.

I could sort out that puppy's barking in minutes. When you have more than one dog, there'll always be one which fights for dominance or dominates the others. You need to let it know that its not the dominant one of the house - the owner is always the dominant one. It'll learn its place and if begins barking again, you only have to tell it and it will quiet down.
