Witnessing her performance If you looked at her eyes, you would think that she must have been high on drugs or some sort of narcotic. However, I am deeply disappointed this unprofessionalism given the hugh amounts of money KZ paid to this women and of course her not taking the concert or our Country very seriously. Whitney Houston will be premiering not one, but TWO new videos in the upcoming weeks. The video for "I Look To You" is set to debut on September 10th. While the clip for "Million Dollar Bill" will be premiere on September 16th. In other Whitney news, Whitney will be performing "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" on The Oprah Winfrey Show at the personal request of Oprah herself.
I love Whitney but I also have to call it how it is: this is not only terrible but sad. No control, off key EVERYWHERE at the beginning and a once majestic tone that now sounds closer to that of an impoverished bag lady...yet through all this when she hits the chorus of IWALY suprisingly a fraction(and a fraction from this voice is A LOT) of that MASSIVE power is still in tact which gives me reason to hope. I love Whitney but I also have to call it how it is: this is not only terrible but sad. No control, off key EVERYWHERE at the beginning and a once majestic tone that now sounds closer to that of an impoverished bag lady...yet through all this when she hits the chorus of IWALY suprisingly a fraction(and a fraction from this voice is A LOT) of that MASSIVE power is still in tact which gives me reason to hope. She has improved considerably since this but this is still very sad.

Arista throughout the summer of '09 hyped Whitney in more ways that possible- her album promos appearing everywhere from ad banners, huge posters in large cities, and even flying ads at Miami Beach! The listening parties, interviews; anticipartion builded as the snippets released, finally the decent reviews, feeling that they're JUST good enough for people to buy. Then, after that GMA performance and Oprah, Whitney disappeared. (See Part 2)

The Brisbane show was clearly the worst of the tour; even the US media nationally aired it, from CBS to local news affiliates; this pretty much showed that it would not be wise for Whitney to tour the US, and it sadly proved that Whitney Houston's voice that sold tens of millions of records was finished. Whitney continued to tour anyway, with some "freaks" still feeling she could do it. But after London, it was more than enough.

@pannoni1 Australia wasn't the worst of the tour - in fact it wasn't that bad. The media created a huge thing out of something little and it continued for the tour. In fact, when they played one of her dodgy clips of her singing I Will Always lOve You on TV here in the UK I almost returned my tickets for one of the shows but I went and it was fantastic! :)

Wow. I would love to sit down and watch this with her. I am just curious as to how she feels about this performance. At 6:03 I stood in absolute amazement. I have never heard her THIS bad. I really hope she gives everyone the comeback we are all looking for! IF this performance is indicative of the album, I'm nervous.
