  • What about lighting?

  • um, have a smaller forehead?

  • There has got to be a better solution instead of disguising the ole frontal lobe. I am guessing a pair of studio cams ought to do the trick?

  • "First tip - Always check for fluff on your shirt... :)"

    lol

  • Great tips..

  • Excellent quality, Stef. One minor suggestion. This might be a major shock to the red room, but I think it would enhance the professional quality of the videos even more if you got a big poster printed up with the free domain logo printed on it and using that as the background. Wouldn't recommend going green screen because any good keying software takes forever to render.

  • Fantastic idea!

  • maybe you should tally the total cost of this software and hardware

  • AWSOME VIDEO STEF THANX FRO THE TIPS

  • :D :D :D :D

  • Hey you can motion track that fluff out with the After Effectsing and the Adobe and the hoyven flaven...:)

  • Nice!

Your podcast chair might need some upgrades though. It squeaks a bit :p

  • One of the tags say ethics ... you make me come off as immoral by using the wrong equipment. I just take a lot of poloroid pictures really fast, and use a tin cup and yarn connected to my harddrive.

  • To add to my other comment you have great quality on your videos with a rather inexpensive setup compared to others I have seen.

  • Thanks!

  • Great video. Being a techy myself I have always wondered about the equipment you used. Audio/Video quality always seems to be great.

  • very much appreciated!

  • A, err.... You Fail - Learn some grammar - Mouth Breather. ;?p

  • LoL fluff

  • Look into Ventrillo for the call in show.

  • Thanks for making this video stef, there was a lot of good info in there for my vlog.

  • why do you use DivX convector? is there any benefit over avidemux to change size? and if I understood correctly, why do you encode in DivX over open formats like Xvid?

  • I like the ease of the drag and drop of the DivX converter, if I need a smaller file I use Xvid and more refined settings...
