If they crack down on websites, somebody will crack down on their skulls. By limiting access and charging per site, the use may altogether cease. This would be the non-violent effect. However, in order to apply for many jobs, there is an online requirement for applications. If someone can't access these sites, it won't matter if the information is case sensitive or not. It's obvious that an application requires name, address, social security number, et cetera. What's the military term? Incoming!
