Water is the the ultimate recycleable. Why the sudden push to protect water? Where is this coming from and who benefits from it? And what do they mean when they say they are going to "safeguard" water? Does this mean what you do with water will be restricted?
Perhaps I'm wrong but I see something insidious at work here, there is no threat to the water supply, so why is a crisis being manufactured? We have oceans of the stuff, all we need to do is desalinate it and pipe it ashore.
