  • A good night's sleep is so precious during pregnancy. Come and have a look at my video on a pregnancy support pillow? It has two pillow so that you do not need to move anything when you roll over, it can't fall off the bed and leaves plenty of room in your bed for your partner. I have called it the Ready2Roll Pregnancy Pillow because a good night's sleep makes you ready to roll for a new day.

  • Thanks for your video. Is it safe to start these exercises at 7 months with separated abdominal muscles? I was doing abs every day until my midwife advised me not to do them and to walk every day instead. Since then it's been around 3 months and I can feel the gap in my abs which I think is the separation that can often occur in pregnancy. Please help, as I'm desperate to know what is safe for me to do to strengthen my cor at this stage. Thank you!!!

  • Nisha, lying on the back in pregnancy is not recommended due to the weight of the baby pressing on the vena cava (main artery). Should the exercise be done in an upright on the foreams as you showed in the beginning of your video for be safer?

  • Absolutley - you can use these all the way through and the sooner you get practising the stronger you'll be in labour!

  • Can I do this exercise in my first trimester?

  • Thank you Andrea, I am touched and thankyou again to everyone for all of your comments. It really makes it all worthwhile when you know you are actually reaching people and not just throwing stuff out into cyberspace in the hope that someone, somewhere will see it!

Andrea, it's completely normal to be scared of giving birth at the beginning of your first pregnancy, but I guarantee by the time you get to 9 months you'll be begging your little one to come out!! Good luck xx

  • I 28 years old,am four months pregnant now, I have been doing this excercise for 3 weeks, and I m starting to feel the difference, I feel a lot more confident than before, and I m not that terrified of the thought of giving birth anymore, since I know I am doing the right thing in order to have an easier labour. Thank you Nisha for this video, I think you are helping many women out there

  • thank you for the advise :)
