Unfortunately, Wheels passed away under unusual circumstances. He was at a charity hockey game in his hometown of Hamilton Ontario. While sitting in the stands he was struck by a stray hockey puck. He passed away two days after. This all took place over five years ago. Sad to see such an accomplished actor leave us!

Poor Spike. She deserved the night out of fun. It's hard to get out as a new mom, especially a teen mom juggling school and parenting and a social life.
