"Pending" With no cancel button---YOU MUST CALL 1-888-221-1161 (hidden toll free paypal customer service). Tell the manager that you already contacted the merchant, who doesn't want to release you from an authorization for a payment. Nothing is sent, so paypal manager cancelled it.
Dose it go to PayPal or it card?

Where do you go to find that? I check the section but it doesn't have the cancel button next to the payment? What do I do?
