Strange flashing orb high in the sky, no firework or airplane

im watching one at the moment, its been over an hour and its still in the same spot and it blinks red, green, blue, white,purple, yellow in that order ( its 1:00 AM now )

ive seen tht a whole bunch n sometimes it moves around looks like it gets closer then backs off to the right n im in CA, USA

I have seen the same thing here in Montana, USA. Sometimes up to three at the same time, in different parts of the sky. Very bright and changing color from blue to green, red to white.

ive seen the exact same thing. but picture it 20 feet above you. and as big as a small plane. i thought part of a plane had fallen off(the flashing white/blue lights) but never hit the ground? dallas texas

I have seen the exact same thing here in Sweden for about four days now. When I am looking at it with my binoculars, it's a very bright, yellow-ish orb, but when my father puts up his digital camera and looks at the orb through the camera, it's obvious that it's changing colors all the time. Almost like it was an disco-ball floating in the sky. I know, it sounds stupid, but thats how it looks. the colors change every second or less. There is no sound, no smoke, no plane, no ballon-bullshit...

It's exactly the same here. A small discoball, flicking colors in les then a second etc.

It's right know over here in the sky, I saw it at one point for an hour, 2 hours later it changed position to anoter location in the sky.

Very strange. I told my father to look at it, but he also doesn't know what it is ..

@kraschboom it sounds to me that you are describing exactly what some pilots during ww2 seen.

i come from scotland i also see these lights in the sky even more so these coming months.

any ways i went home checked out some planes in the night sky not a single one loooked like this.

i see them at very high altitude, going one direction before i lose sight.

if we keep driving around i will see another or maybe even the same one,

i have yet to see one alter its course.
