Fort Atkinson is a shitty white ghetto. Filled with rednecks, white trash, and junkies. The favorite sport of this town is using drugs to lure children and teens into a place where they can be sold into the sex trade so more drugs can be bought. Of course you won't be made aware of this by looking at crime records because everyones drinking the same kool-aid. Once a new kid is raped they are publicly humiliated and harrassed by the rest of the town until they move or commit suicide.
