He decided to point nukes at the US after we helped him. Hence the blockade. The hospital I visited was barren, the doctors tools were at least 30 years old, there was almost no advanced medicine to speak of. It's still like 1960 in most of the country. I did visit, and it's beautiful there, most of the people are very nice.
