I want to prepare this for my house which walls are not insulated, and will heat two room of size, 10 by 12 feet measurment, but i don't know if it'll work where house are not insulated and what should be the size of panel
Granger has the snap disks, usually in stock. 90 degrees for a starting temp isn't really that high if you mount the snap disk inside on the back of the metal above the cans. I just screwec mine to it going through the upper air hole. Then ran the wires out the hole to the blower.
I don't know if you have a snap disk thermostat on those but if you haven't you should add one inside at the top. Your tempertature is coming out right but recycled will be higher. If you have more air flow the Thermostat would kick it out if it cools down below the low setting ( usually 90 degrees ) until it warms up again. You want lots of airflow.
@wiboater4 Thanks for the comments. I do plan to include a snap disk. Just not quite there yet. SinceI am using the panels to simply take the chill out of my normally ice cold shop, I'll probably be looking for a snap disk that activates at an lower temp. Definitely agree on needing more air flow. I didn't have enough flow through the cans.

Nice work. It is good to go through these steps to gain "understanding."
