My friends got a ticket for letting off a stink bomb in a fast food place cause an off duty cop saw them throw something in the door. The off duty cop called another cop and my friend got charged with disorderly conduct. The actual cop wasnt going to charge him but the off duty cop insisted that he give him a ticket.
