Other than learning how to properly pronounce the word "nuclear" just like Bush, I think this guy is pretty sharp. I like what he did in Iowa and he's definitely a force to be reckon with. Vilsack would be a much qualified contender than Hilary or Obama against Giuliani.
Not that I completely agree with his proposal, but it's a more honest response than the simplistic "stay til we get the job done" or arbotrary deadlines for pulling troops you hear from many other politicians.
Way to go Tom Vilsack. Lets send a message out to americans we want a change. I am from Des Moines. I say that he would make a better president then George W Bush. Sorry to say.
nakhia420, you're wrong, he's not full of shit. I'm from MP, Iowa and he's done a great job as mayor and as the governor of Iowa. Our state's economy is stronger, we have a great education system and like he said, we've lead the charge in renewable fuels. AND....unlike Bush and the other multimillionaire bastards, Vilsack doesn't own a baseball team, a huge ranch, and isn't in bed with the oil execs. He's a down to earth person, and will make a great leader. Vilsack '08!!!
Jump in with both feet. This guy is as full of shit as the rest of them. Lets just keep jumping in with both feet and not debate and discuss and research what we do. Propaganda comments from fake posters are not appreciated.
I really believe that Vilsack has the views and mind for Presidency. He is level headed and really seems to want to learn from every American. Living in Iowa, I have no complaints. Tom Vilsack could be the best candidate that will run 2008. I am just afraid he will get overlooked due to more mainstream popular candidate. He needs to do something soon to set him apart and make him stand out, while still remaining respectable.

Hello fellow american
Giuliani is out of control.
All we hear from him is 9/11, but do you remember Rudy before then?
WE sure do.
Check out what our fellow ferrets are saying about him:

Wow - a coherent thought about troops in Iraq.
Not that I completely agree with his proposal, but it's a more honest response than the simplistic "stay til we get the job done" or arbotrary deadlines for pulling troops you hear from many other politicians.

@Nakhia420 - Jumping in with both feet is not that same as leaping with out looking.
PS: Not that your opinion matters any way. With 420 at the end of your name you probably don't vote anyway. :P

Impressive. Finally a serious minded, straight talking elected official. That's the kind of change we need!
