after maxing out the social links for each charater the persona 'evolves' and becomes a lot stronger. [yukuko for instance is imune to fire if I recall]

the weapons mostlikely are made through forging in the armor and weapon shop.

@SonofStark no, its their "ultimate" weapon, it can only be found in a chest, randomly after you beat the game at least once, the inside of the chest is "death" you must beat it to get the ultimate armor, or 1 of the character ultimate weapon (i got MC ultimate weapon twice >-> it doesnt really useful to have 2 of it) its VERY rare to found the treasure chest,

@metaGX Each Persona game has its own story to it. But what they all have in common are Shadows (Enemies) and THE PERSONAS u use. Personas are usually deities we commonly know but in Persona they are used to fight Shadows from taking over dimensions, the world, etc.

you should attack more and defend less, you only loose time if you use defense up or other status, it does not protect much, I always go all attack using only my cinderella , in this case yukiko, to fill up my hp

@JutahFate It's preferable to max out Knowledge,Courage, Understanding and Expression on the first playthrough. Maxing all the Social Links gives the good ending of the game. On the second playthrough, max out Dilligence and whatever you didn't get to max out in ur first run, making social links REALLY easy to max out, I always go for Chie, Yosuke, and Naoto as my girlfriend ;D Making the Fox's Social first priority makes the game SOOO easy

@x0volcom It really depends on what you look for in a game. P3 is can of depressing, dark thremes, homicidal kids (and suicidal tosome degree), and ***** dies in the end (during the good ending), also there charater's are not really someone normal people can identify with. In P4 it's a bit more light hearted (it still has some depressing scenes and murder but there's a lot of laughs). The charaters are normal people with normal issues. Personnal I liked the 4th more than the 3rd.

only your persona compendium. everything else, yes, it's from scratch. thing is, you can summon any persona from the compendium regardless of your level. e.g. I summoned a level 64 mara at level 3.

yes there is. You fight her as an optional match through your second playthrough.

You have to beat all the secondary bosses that appear after you complete each dungeon, then you have to max out your social link with margaret (empress arcana).

After you've done all that, you can fight her in the heaven dungeon

Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2 are still the best games in the Shin Megami series. Even though I haven't played this one yet I don't think it will be as great as Digital Devil Saga, but I'm still gonna get this one when it comes out cause I love my Shin Megami games. Don't worry, its just a summon sequence. You don't ever use any cards in battles (otherwise, it would be a Yu-gi-oh rip-off).

So, breaking the card doesn't actually do anything other than creating a flashy Persona summoning.

I don't think he would come back in this game. It would be Persona 5 before he came back. However to do so someone's life force would have to take the place of the MC in the great seal. Someone like Elizabeth (just to speculate)

you forgot the part that she said Elizabeth is searching for a way to free him. In Persona Trinity Soul, which continue the story of the persona experaments, Mariya refers to Persona 3 MC as "him" saying because of him they can use personas in the real world now when ever they want.

P.S. Akihiko is the only one who returns in that series. Unless you include Igor.

However, I can't garenty that they won't have a Persona game that has the MC of P3 returning since after all what happened to the last person who was the seal.
