good hilclimb, check out hilclimb on youtube, WILDBUNCH HILLCLIMB, honaker,va. is was part of the race in the vchss race we hosted halloween 2010, it was pretty good but you could actually climb it and it would save you some time if you could make it up

ive only got two bikes up that hill, a 2008 ktm250,and a 2001 yz400, my rm 250 and kx 500 wouldnt have a chance,,,,, by the way do u guys ever ride down at beaver airport

lol ure kx500 should be able to tractor up that, id be more afraid of it coming into band on the jump, cause thats when it would go VERY BAD.

also was the ktm u got up it 2 or 4 stroke, cause it its 2 then your rm should be able to do that aswell

its not that simple! it is basically due to the steepness of the hill combined with the soft soil underneath after the jump. so when the bike lands after the jump halfway up the hill, it lands on soft soil whilst at the same time losing its momentum on a very steep and critical part of the hill. all of a sudden the bike is supposed to go up the steepest part of hill whilst losing all the speed it had b4 the jump,on very soft soil. if it wasnt for that jump i'd say most riders could make it up

Larry Thacker can freggin' ride the wheels off of one..I wouldn't be suprised at all if he topped it...I have seen him top the grassy hillclimbs at beaver on several occasions..and I am from Grundy, so I am not biased towards the Kentucky boys..lol

Notice how almost no one wears helmets.

All they need to do is extend the rear wheel out about 4 feet and it should be easy. (Ive seen kits for drag racing that do this)

There is only one guy in this video that does'nt wear a helmet. He has been wearing it the last several times I have riden with him. I would love to see a bike with an extended swing arm hit this hill. It would probably make a big difference.
