This is really sad I used to be hooked on Klonopin and paxil...I had bad anxiety bad like you said talking your self out of a panic attacks. Well it sucks being on drugs.. I successfully detoxed off it was the hardest thing ever. I feel better off drugs,I keep some klonopin on hand if I need it but I think you need a hobbie and some self boosting. You gotta be bad ass at something find yourself and you wont be so nervous im 25... Your to young to be on this shit... be careful ITS YOUR LIFE...

One doctor just kept switching me between medications until I got sick of it--literally. I couldn't stand up without falling over. I sometimes feel like I don't have many people to go to for support with this stuff either. Send me a message anytime you feel upset--I've had to talk myself out of countless panic attacks as well.
You're right, it isn't a good idea to be sedating yourself with benzos especially at your young age. You are still developing... You mention in one of your vids that you are anorexic... its important for you to eat well while you are developing as well. You can withdraw from benzo addiction without dying but anorexia will kill you because your organs will fail.
Because Pills are generally a cheaper and easier answer then Counseling. Not everyone has the money to keep Counseling for regular intervals.
Plus, your not strung out. You act like these drugs will destroy you. I take Zoloft, and I'm not sitting around zonked out. I live a normal, healthy life. In fact, arguably, Zoloft saved my life.
And just to warn you Don't get addicted to drugs i know how it feels I have seen it all the overdosing on the drugs and the problems it can cause just be careful any addicting drugs can help someone but mess up there life as well :/
