I watched all 4 of these videos and i find them to be near useless. There's no way creating more and more bureaucracies and councils are going to change the underdevelopment of millions of people. You simply can't. I would say get rid of all these high paid people and bureaucracies and put it back into the students so they dont have to struggle thro high school making 8 dollars an hour to help their family out. how bout that?
