doesn't work! foster parents don't med their children before school. they double up on the afternoon dose so they don't need to deal with the brats. that's why we need more contiuation schools and uniforms. to keep your next generation of scumbags at bay.
lbusd needs a continuation school for drop outs and troubled students. lbusd needs a 100% uniform policy for all students. many lbusd students are violent, disruptive, and in need of medications.
