well i used to be really scared of rollercoasters but i went on this and it was SO fun! my advice is just hold on tight onto the bars on the shoulder strap, try not to scream (that always makes it worse) and when u go on the loop close ur eyes :D. hope this helped!!!!

First time rides are intense for almost anyone. The adrenaline rush is high. I DO suggest riding this coaster first. It's mellow and has one loop. The only mild coaster at Magic Mountain is Goldrusher. Besides, people go to get thrilled on the rides, very few turn away at the last moment. You have to work your way up the coaster ladder!

The best thing to do is get there EARLY! Whether you're smart or dumb. X2 and Tatsu fill up faster than any other rides there. If you're like a lot of people that go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine, then it doesn't matter which one you get on first. I will say this though, lots of people start to leave early, so save the smaller rides for last. Get there early and you will ride them all before you leave. I've done it in 4 hours so, it's very possible to ride em all!

Great videocam work! I have been on this ride several times and the loop still gets me! I believe this ride made its debut in 1977 if I am correct. There was a movie released in that year named,of all things, "Rollercoaster" which starred George Segal,Timothy Bottoms,the late Susan Strasberg,a teenage Helen Hunt,the late Henry Fonda, and Richard Widmark. This ride was featured in that movie towards the end.

I never had a problem. The first time I did, though, the ride attendant said something like its you're camera, not mine. I didn't even get questioned on the other rides. I did record Deja Vu and the attendants were smiling into the cam just before the ride started. After the ride ended, I told them I would post it on YouTube, then they all started giggling and smiling. It was cool. The video didn't come out really good, that's why I haven't posted it up.
