Well. RPG literally translates to Role Playing Game. So in that sense this game is a role playing game, just a predesignated one.

Secondly... The level scaling system is why there were scamps and clannfears, so that its never too hard for you to play the game. A simply amazing feature.

Lastly, its silly for you to rip on this game and practically say the only good part was the mods, obviously you were directing all your attention on the bad.

But whatever, you can not like a good game I guess.

Yeah, it's funny that you start the game as a convicted felon but if you check your character's status screen (at the very start) both his/her bounty record and infamy are 0. You'd think you would have had to get SOME kind of bounty to end up in the dungeon, and since the Imperial City dungeon does seem to be a place for high-profile criminals, it woulda been something bad. But... still.
