PeterPW - learn some history - it is program from Poland and Poland was never the part of USSR and was never soviet. And sure, the kid is aggressive and the mother handles the situation very bad, but that's why there is a "supernany" there - to told her that she's making a mistake. And saying that only in USSR or only in soviet nations live aggressive child or parents who aren't very good at bringing them up is just more than ridiculous.
