I used Dominos and split the action bar into to two rows instead of leaving it at the default of 1 row. Or are you asking of the different looking button icons?

jus a qn, what is that addon to have Target's Cast bar pop up in the middle ?

The Target Cast bar in the center is how I have ACastBar set for. :) Just makes it easier for me to pay attention to wind shear interrupt.

It can be set up for Quartz since it's the same as ACB, it's just custom setting.

I guess all shocks share cooldown and its the earth shock bar/pic whatever that show when shocks comes of CD :P

The Earth Shock icon that pops up is from forte's cool down plug-in. I was using Flame Shock when it falls off but it always shows Earth Shock instead!
