K-1 has some bullshit decisions but the fights are all real, maybe some people throw a fight here or there but I don't think that happens often, maybe even one hundred fights if that. Muay Thai and K-1 are both very damaging to the body due to you being forced to strike most of the time, arguagly more so than MMA. IMO boxing is the worst, as it ---

Standup is more babarbaric than MMA and K-1 is more barbaric than the UFC stop smoking crack, in MMA if you are a pussy the ground is the way out, in K-1 there is no way out, in boxing there is no way out in muay thai - no way out.
