Much Love - Macon Track :)

  • I saw them at the Silver Dollar in Naples,FL too.... Great Show it was.... I also Met and set up their gear back in the late 70's at the Agrora Ballroom in Tampa.... great Live Band......

  • I saw them open for Rush ... All the Worlds a Stage tour in Dayton OH at UD arena 1st show ... unfortunately the majority of the crowd were buttholes and boo'ed them ... a booking mismatch. They were great in my eyes and ears, all natural wood cabinets, I can still see those. Not spamming here but I used to belong to emusic and dowloaded the redwing albumn off that site as I too had worn out my LP and tapes.

  • I just found a copy of their first LP "honest to goodness" at a goodwill. Can't wait to clean it up and give it a spin.

  • Saw these guys with Marshall Tucker and the Outlaws! What a show!!!

  • Drifter - great tune - used to hear it on FM back in the day.

  • I was there and it just as Good as when I saw Tommy Talton and Scott Boyer and Cowboy at My Fathers Place in the mid 70's

there was Columbian back then that made Everything Better !! Peace On Earth to ALL

  • Am I the only person that listened to these guys. The one record I had got wore out.

  • @Stumbler1able I never heard of them until they opened up for Molly Hatchet and The Johnny Van Zandt Band in '80 or '81 at the West Palm Beach Auditorium. I thought that they damn good and wondered why I had never heard of them before. I'm just now learning that they were from Baldwin, Long Island. (I used to visit my father in the next town over, in Freeport...small world) I just assumed that they were a southern band because they played like they grew up down here!!!

  • @JimiBLong can't really tell a book by it's cover can you?

  • @JimiBLong Grinderswitch was from macon Ga Balwin LI was a group of people that loved them i kept the memeory going here

  • Hell Yeah !Drifter !
