I own a Factory Five Cobra and we call it a Cobra. It has the spirit, performance and exact looks of one. It is a Cobra. I went to buy a fake Ferrari, and after driving a couple and seeing the minor differences I could not do it. I did not want to say, "no, it's not a Ferrari." So I went a bought a real perfectly original 308. I am so happy I did. There is a difference.

If it is well made replica (close to the original) that is reliable, modern, fast and cheap then it may be OK.
1-Must be a replica of very RARE car like Ferrari F40, Merc goldwing, 50s race cars etc
2- MUST be a replica of a classic supercar NOT a new generation supercar.
3-You should avoid using original ''caps & emblems" etc. When you use those then accept anything people say.
4- Buy it because YOU enjoy how it looks not for showing off to others.
