just rooted mine thanks! i had to try it twice, the first time on "warpdrive" i right clicked and ran as admin, and that didnt work and i got all the errors, then after i all that , i just doubled clicked like people stated on the comments and that fixed it and now its rooted! :) but quick question if boost or zte comes up with another update do we have to unroot in order to get that update? or will it stay the same OTA updates thanks for your time and knoxville your a hero man! loll

@YCgopi If there is an update, you most likely will have to back everything up and update through the Warp tool off the ZTE website. Its a pain but hey you can at least back up everything so you are good.

@neena929ross No there is not which is terrible because if it is dark out, you can not record anything because there is no light!

@FishFerTrout24 The only reason I would root if I were you would be for tethering. That is the only reason to tether that a lot of people use. If you don't know what tether means, it is using your phone as a wifi hotspot. As far as risk goes, you could brick it. The odds of it happening are slim BUT it could happen.

I just watched this whole video on my ZTE Warp and it was perfect quality. I just bought this phone. I can't believe they're coming out with another new one but oh well. I still love this phone and plan on keeping it for awhile before I upgrade.

@monkeyeats I was looking up information on the LG Marquee. The phone has already been available for Sprint since October 2011 and now they are making it available for Boost Mobile customers. The phone is basically the same as the ZTE Warp. It still operates with 2.3 Gingerbread and has a 1 ghz processor and a 5 MP camera with flash. The only real difference I see is the Marquee has a forward facing camera and actually the Marquee's screen is a 4" inch touch screen and the screen

@monkeyeats is made differently to supposedly be brighter and save on battery. So, in all honesty there's nothing too special about the phone to necessarily make it better than the ZTE Warp.
