Also, I've listened to The Strokes for years now. Saying you're the first one to listen to The Strokes is an absurd comment, I know a ton of people that like them.

Listen to anything from the album Is This It, anything from Room on Fire, half the songs on First Impressions of Earth are good (You Only Live Once, Red Light, Ize of the World, Razorblade) and from this album, Angles, there are barely any good songs: Two Kinds of Happiness, Taken for a Fool, Under Cover of Darkness, Gratisfaction.

I was playing FIFA 12 when I heard this song. I was exceptionally mad they chose this song out of all of the Strokes songs to put in the game. Though Machu Picchu is an average song (in my eyes) it doesn't define the Strokes at all or even come close to their trademark quality. The Strokes are an amazing band - my favorite of all time, followed by Phoenix - and if you want to truely listen to them, listen to Whatever Happened or Reptilia.
