  • yah I was hoping for more, I did 1100 for 5 reps today, but its weird because some leg presses feel different weights then others or depends on the angle, because my old max at a golds gym I went to was 920 pounds for 1 rep, but at this gym kinetix I did 1000 pounds for 2 reps 4 weeks ago like it was nothing and two trainers spotted me, I hope to get footage soon but all I have right now is a bloody webcam, so all i have are some webcam videos.

  • the actual machine weighs and is accounted for so one machine can be heavier than the other

  • i did 10 reps of 900 just today and im in high school.

  • Your quite strong on flat dumbell presses but weak as fuck on legs.You need to start working your legs more.I can see now why your wearing track pants.You struggled with this weight and banged every rep.You should be doing at least another 500lbs on this exercise

  • ur actually pretty strong on legs...dont listen to spade121981... itz really easy to critisize, but another "500" lbs is a lot to ask for...

  • 900lbs is actually pretty light...and his form is fucking terrible...no range of motion...and banging the weight on every rep...not to mention he probably didnt do leg extensions first to pre exhaust his legs and his reps are too low...legs always respond better to higher reps.

  • last time i checked, 900lbs was pretty heavy...his range of motion is ok... the machine doesnt allow him to go much further down although he did bang the reps instead of pause at the bottom...

  • well its easy to critizise the guy....how bout u post up a video with the same weight and match him rep for rep??? im not saying he didnt bounce at the bottom, but lets see how easy it is for u...

  • not bad dude!!not bad!! i can only do 410lbs whitout using my hands but i did 540lbs 3 times but i was using my hands to help out but that dosent really count.
