I gotta wonder which Tupac songs you heard. There are essentially two sides to his work. The crap used to sell records is not the typically suggested material. Conversely, songs like "White Man's World", "Brenda's Got a Baby" and "Can You Get Away" have as much depth and detail as any other great classic. The language (set in mid-90's black America) is just as "period" as Shakespeare's "dost" and "thou". I keep wondering if you're open minded or just bagging on black folks for sport.
