@Hereticalable Stop trying to further make invalid points here, if you understood/read what I said with a clear mind you'd know that that WASNT ANY form of Jihad, but simply brainwashed ignorant and pretty careless people that try to make a poin t using violent methods. You get them everywhere - not only in Islam. Just saying.. They misinterpret the meanings of the Quran - just like you are based on what the media preaches/negative things about Islam due to these extremists.

@nevername667 - the thing is we can discuss the violence of Christians in previous centuries without worrying about being sued, banned, beaten, imprisoned and murdered...and Jesus himself taught pacifism whilst Muhammad led men to war on many occasions.
Also, you are aware than a THIRD of the christian world was annexed by Muslims over 200 years before the first crusade right? Or that no crusade was against lands not previously Christian. Also, where's the christian doctrine of jihad?

It would be ridiculous to pass blame for the crusades, because both sides were equally belligerent. The truth is ALL religions inspire murderous activities. Look at the Jews, they were persecuted for the majority of their existence, but now they are taking the role of the persecutor, because they now have power. It is not that Islam is especially evil, but religion when it mixes with power.

@nevername667 Ridiculous to state the fact that Islam began from day one with violence and that the crusades were an unsuccessful response to that violence. Would you say the Allies were as much to blame as Hitler and the Empire of Japan for WWII as well?
As for Islam - if you knew anything about it you'd know it is rotten to the core...Christianity isn't exactly wonderful either but miles ahead of Islam. Stop apologising for evil.
