I lived in Baumholder from 80 to 83, not to far from Idar oberstein, I worked there in Idar Oberstein,at an American German army depo right down the road from the church in the rock, , I worked a summer hire program through the military when we were out of school, really loved it there

I was stationed in Idar oberstein in 1951. It was beautiful then and it looks like it is still beautiful today. I hope to visit again in the future. Lots of good memories of this town. Thanks for the posting

I was stationed in Idar oberstein in 1951. It was beautiful then and it looks like it is still beautiful today. I hope to visit again in the future. Lots of good memories of this town. Thanks for the posting
