The song is the theme from Godfather Part III. It is a song from a very old cd named Shall We Dance Vol. 5 by the Japanese Downbeats Orchestra.  I am not sure if it is available anymore. Thanks for watching.

I can't find a clip featuring the "Silver" turning lock to which he referred. Maybe for that reason, his explanation of the turning lock in this present clip doesn't quite gel with me.
