Oh and whats the addon that shows your cooldown thing on the screen?

There's two of them, "GhostPulse" which flashes an image of the cooldown when it's available, and "ForteXorcist" -primarily for Warlocks but has a really nice cooldown timer- the only part of the addon I use.
