Let's be honest --- she was inadvertently being racist and discriminatory towards people of different faiths. Isn't it outrageous that she would say small town America is the real America? These were completely all white towns and Christian. So that means minorities and people of different faiths are unAmerican in her eyes. Well, obviously the blue states are the real America because they're more liberal and more diverse.

People need to get a grip.Anyone heard of Sgt. York from WW1?His family still lives and are an excellent example of the misunderstood point. The foundation of our family was started in Small towns. People in small towns ARE generally more in touch with the grass roots values. Small town people are just be littled on a regular basis.
