After 9/11 we as Americans were nicer to each other. We started pulling together as a country. People ask how God can let this happen. I believe that God allows somethings to happen for the good. I've been pledging allegiance since I was 6 years old in 1975. Our presidents, our congressmen come and go as WE elect them, our rights stand as long as WE allow them to. I am proud to be an American, imperfect, but always able to change and always fluid. That's the best part. I DO pledge allegiance. Can you think of a better place, with as much potential and ability to change?

I am so saddened to see how Immature, Disrespectful, Disgraceful and Immoral The United States people are becoming. I am an 8 year US Army veteran and I have defended the Freedom of Speech of the Morally Educated and the Vulgarity Spewing Ingrates that can post on this video disrespect to man who believes in what gave some on these posts the possibility. I suggest move to beacons of hope in Iran, China etc... and see how far your Freedom of Speech gets you.

@ilikezappa yes i am very proud of our military, it has kept us safe for several years, & has kept war off of our land. what i would really like is for all of our military to come home &be sent to the border between Mexico & the USA with orders to shoot to stop illegal entry. we are not arguing about denying health care to the old, we are arguing about making every person young&old carry health insurance. hope things are going good for you, you sound a little upset. take care &have a good day.
