Asus Eee Pad Transformer Full Review

I've watched a few reviews on this machine and I think it is amazing. Thank you Davomrmac for pronouncing this brand name the same way I do in my head. All the American reviewers pronounce the second syllable the same way they pronounce the second syllable of Mexican people named Jesus, which is "Hey Suess".

Why do that?

Is saying 'sus' disrespectful to our Lord?

If it is, it's time to rethink the pronunciation of words such as:

suspect, suspension, sustain and suspicious.

that multi task icon isn't for the last 5 used apps, scroll that list up and down and you'll get all previous apps you opened (on sony tablet s, but its still version 3.x.x so should be the same on transformer)

@davomrmac you say this easily equals the iPad 2 on battery, now I have this with the dock & my wife has the iPad 2. The asus don't just easily equal the iPad 2 it far supasses it on battery life by at least 4 hrs. I thought I would clear that up.

Fantastic review Dave. What do you think is better this asus tablet (including the dock) or the ipad 2? Also accounting price considering that when you get the eepad you could save yourself some money OR you could spend the same amount of money as an ipad 2 and get the keyboard dock which gives better battery life than the ipad 2 and adds to the experience a whole lot more. Which one would you go for?

@ecartman12 Too close to call. Android is great and evolving, iOS is a little stale and needs updating. iPad 2 battery life is awesome, but the Asus equals it easily with the keyboard dock. Depends if you live in an Apple world as to which to choose.

davomrmac Which one would you choose? I would go with the eepad transformers because as nice the ipad is to use it's main selling point to most people is browsing the internet on it. The eepad however can view websites in flash which is adds a whole lot more to the whole experience. So you have £420 to spend on a tablet which one would you get? If it was me I would get the eepad because it has so much more to offer than the ipad.
