@jamesbondking Can you clarify how the research (of which I've only seen a newspaper summary) "proved that homeopathy works"? It only showed that not all products that are marketed as homeopathic (diluted beyond physical presence) are such, but some are even cruder frauds.

Why am I still alive after the 10:23 overdose? Don't say because homeopathy is magic.

I don't doubt I'd get a headache if I took sugar pills every 2 hours for 4 days and nights, that would totally disrupt my sleep rhythm!

Now, if I were to eat these sugar pills, what would this accomplish? If I did not get a headache, would you accept that homeopathy doesn't "work" as such, except as a placebo/nocebo remedy for true believers? Or would you just try to blame me for the failure?

@jamesbondking The problem of course is, homeopaths have been unable to support this "fact" with any credible evidence. The plural of anecdote is still not data.

I don't see any point in shelling out 13€ for sugar pills unless you also agree to something in return. If I do try this, and it doesn't work, will you promise not to claim I cheated, or say it's my fault it didn't work? Will you accept it doesn't work unless you believe in it beforehand?

@jamesbondking Firstly, the Avogadro limit is on as firm a scientific basis as the atomic theory of matter. And the fact is: if you dilute beyond this limit, you won't have active agent remaining, as "nanomaterial" or anything else.

Secondly, you never explained why you believe a homeopathic pill can cause headaches, but can't be dangerous in other ways, like causing an overdose?

Thirdly, what will your reaction be once I don't get a headache? Will you concede your "science" has a problem?

They claimed to have found metal particles in 200C homeopathic solutions of naturally occurring metals such as gold, copper and iron. This is one part in 10⁴ ⁰ ⁰ , 377 magnitudes beyond the Avogadro limit. If their finding is correct, what they tested had to be an incorrectly manufactured homeopathic remedy.

Even so, the finding would still show nothing about homeopathy "working", as it doesn't.

And I have no idea where I'd be able to get the Glonoine stuff you mentioned, is it the same as Glononium (curse this pseudo-latin homeopaths are so fond of)? And the strength you want me to use is C30, but could you please be more ambiguous about how much to take, how often?

Claims by homeopaths are clearly pseudoscience: you won't find things like "memory of water" or "law of similars" in any scientific journal or university textbook on physics, chemistry or medicine. The only place they can be found are in homeopaths' own little journals and books, which is a clear indication of pseudoscience.

And finally, are you unable or unwilling to answer my question from my previous message? Is Glononium = Glonoine?

@ExTechOp You should accept the fact that homeopathy works because the research and conclusion was by one of the worlds best science institute. The fact that homeopathy works is well known to the public and the patients but how it work was a unknown to the science world, because science was not advanced to detect the ingridents in homeopathic dilution, But now as nanotechnology advanced science proved that how homeopathy works.
