Okay, here's my take on this. I've been to many houses that make noises before. One house (my sister's while dog sitting) just plain sounds like a giant is giving it a bear hug because that's the sound the pipes make. This is definitely like nothing I've heard. But it also sounds edited in. It's hard for me to make a judgment here. Pipes could be the case here too.
