Actually, if you're completely capsized, it's a roll if you right yourself, not a high brace. A high brace can also be thought of as what the end of the roll looks like.

my high barce aint that good its about the same but i use a dagger rpm im nerly at the stage of total capsize and re righting with high brace

Actually, an eskimo roll can be a 180 or a 360. It is simply the act of righting the boat without exiting the boat, or using the assistance of another paddler. But thanks for the compliment on my son's high brace!

can you capsize completely and then high brace bak upwards?

to be honest it doesnt actually matter whether or not its 360, it is still a roll, the procedure is still the same.
